The Operations Manager will serve alongside the Executive Director *this position now has a hybrid/remote option*.
This is our first step in growing our full-time Headquarters staff beyond our director and we are excited to welcome applications!
We’re looking for a Jesus-following, mission-minded individual who has a love for organization & systems, works well on their own, and has excellent attention to detail. They should be gifted in multi-tasking, willing to adapt alongside the organization (especially as we shift from one HQ staff to two!), and have a heart to learn and serve. This is a support-based position, successful applicants will be provided formal support-raising training through a ministry partner.

Climbers for Christ is looking to fill open positions on a rolling basis on the Board of Directors.
At this time, we are seeking persons with professional experience in finance (e.g. CPA, Treasurer, CFO). Other skillsets & experience are certainly welcome!
The CFC Board of Directors exists to protect, advance & bring clarity to the mission and vision of Climbers for Christ by use of their time, energy, resources, and networks. Board members are expected to participate in committees (and other initiatives, as needed) that meet outside of quarterly board meetings. The Board/Committees meet multiple times per year to provide guidance and support to the Executive Director, approve the budget, look over finances, provide accountability, and help with any big decisions such as policy, staffing, fundraising, allocation of funds for sponsorships, major projects, etc.
Board members are selected for their devotion to Christ, dedication to CFC, capacity to serve, and for unique experience, expertise, and perspective.
